It's marginally better than my Leema Stream CD player (from 2008) which itself was around the £1300 mark on its release although it has 16 Burr Brown DACs onboard and is a fine performer on its own merits. It's a very easy sound to live with and one that suits my listening preferences nicely. ![]() No complaints to speak of again, I find it a terrific DAC - big generous soundstage, a very analogue sounding piece if that's your thing, but without sacrificing the detail. Have to admit, I've rather given up on the numbers game (some time ago in fact) and tend to focus more on the sound quality from the discs I have.
